Global Youth Sevens Tournament - Registration & Accommodation Booking Terms and Conditions

Team Registration Fee

  • Minimum payment due at time of registration, non-refundable deposit $500 
  • Full registration payment due by July 20th 
  • For teams who have paid their registration fee in full may be eligible for a part-refund up until November 15th, subject to Tournament Director discretion
  • No refunds after November 15th 
  • Xero sends monthly reminders of balance due

 

Team Registration Confirmation

  • Teams are not fully confirmed to play until
    • Registration via GYS website and registration fee paid
    • Rugby Explorer team registration 
    • Team Insurance paid (Australia only)
    • Initial Accommodation booking completed (as applicable)
      • Auckland – All International teams
      • Sunshine Coast- All International and Out of State (QLD) teams 

 

Accommodation Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings and prices are based on availability and subject to change. 
  • GYS enforce ‘no pay, no play’, if teams have any outstanding fees they will not be able to enter their accommodation or play in the tournament.
  • Global Youth Sevens reserve the right to adjust your booking if payments are late.

 

  • Auckland Due Dates
  • 20% deposit due before 20th July
  • Full payment due before 30th November
  • Sunshine Coast Due Dates
    • 20% Deposit due date at the time of booking. 
    • 30% second payment due before 20th June.
    • Final team accommodation details confirmed before 20th September.
    • Final payment due before 5th October.
